Got inspired by 
wallarooblacke's image in the old WISWRP gallery; http://wiswrp.pregfur.org/galleryol.....p;image_id=441 and tried to picture Makojin's adopted feline daughter Pin Montague in a fancy dress/Halloween costume during her pregnancy.
And what better preggo costume than that of Winnie-the-Pooh himself! :D
So I free-drew the pose of the image, and drew the Pooh Costume around it.
