Every STALKER knows that when dealing with mutants... there are two options, Shooting or Running. Only one of those will ever work... better hope its the right one.
Continuing with Airalin's lessons she now has to deal with what is probably the easiest mutant in the zone, The Flesh. Even with their mutated and repulsive look, the Fleshes are still biologically pigs and therefore are safe for consumption (radiation poisoning not with standing). Some Stalkers take advantage of this fact by chopping their limbs and head off, skewering them onto a makeshift spit, and roasting them over a fire for food, similar to how roast pig is prepared. so after this airalin and vanessa are gonna have a feast... if airalin doesnt mind eating that thing. i wouldnt mind... so long as theres vodka nearby!

The Walker's real-world counterpart is the Walther P99. It's probably the most well-rounded sidearm in the Zone (if we're going by the weapon rosters of the unmodded games). In 'nilla ShoC, you could waste a fleshpig with a single headshot from a Makarov using a standard FMJ round. Some mods make them tougher. They lo0k like they should be survivable and rugged. Even their heads lo0k like they should be able to take some damage. They can subsist off of basically anything, are more resistant to radiation than most organic creatures, and can even regenerate their eye structures! Professor Sakharov talks about that, jokingly asking you, "Would you like to be the recipient of this amazing organ?" Or maybe he wasn't joking! owO
I'm still hoping for a mod where you play as Oink Oink Fleshy Piggy. ^w^ I read on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. wiki that there was originally a plan to have an intelligent female fleshpig that could talk and was a mission-giver! Btw, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is being designed with modding in mind. Also, I have a YouTube channel that focuses mostly on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. if you're interested.
