My creative juices have been pretty strapped lately because of how much I have on my plate right now. (I'm one of those people that if I have to much personal art and commission art to do, I shut down and find it hard to draw anything at all.) So I remedied that by finishing up a ref sheet that I've had sitting in my files for a while. So here's Coven!

Coven is a shapeshifter, so doesn't have a defined form- as such he can be drawn with virtually any body at all (if you end up drawing him, he really only has a few rules, but for his body specifically? Have fun with him! Be created with how you think he'll show himself at any given time or for any reason!). The only restriction he has is that Coven will always sport the 'plague doctor' mask, and a ruffed/furred/maned/etc neck.

The mask itself is hard like bone, but has flexibility around his eyes to showcase his expression. The 'band' spanning around and between his eyes is sunken in, so if one were to run their fingers over his face they'd feel a dip where that black band stretches. He doesn't have a mouth to speak of on his head, but can shift mouths onto his body if he so pleases.

His eyes have multiple irises within them, any number of them in fact! Always more than one though. His pinpoint pupils are only visible if one is very close to his face.

When he is sporting clothing, it's usually renaissance-esque like clothing, and often sports an incredibly large hat.

At times he can 'destabalize' his body into a black tar like substance that's very viscous. Sometimes in times of high stress, emotion, or when he's calm or sleeping he can just...start dripping!
