I THINK if you send it as... services...? or gift (if you're not in the UK) it asks if you're paying for the fee..?? to send? otherwise it takes it off me when i get it!

Ah, so it doesn't do that here. My options are gifting it (which dodges taxes and can get the account shut down) or a gift where I pay the fee. I dont' feel comfy sending as a gift, so I'll add a few dollars on it.

I was wanting to get myself holding my camera, just a Canon DSLR, doesn't have to be too specific :3 similar to this one https://www.furaffinity.net/view/16873367/ But I will leave exact posing up to you. Something fun and cheerful and not serious is what I am going for!
For clothing, just refer to the camera commission just linked (darkish shirt with white button up shirt on top open, or just have fun with it im not very picky with clothing) and just cargo tanish shorts to go with that :D I hope thats okay <3

SOMETIMES WHEN YOU SEND money on paypal, it usually takes $2/3 away from the amount you sent me, so i miss out on some of the payment! it usually asks you before you send if you want to pay the fee when you send it as a gift!
