So last weekend I went to my FIRST EVER furry con/meet, CBRFUR!
Needless to say I had quite a bit of fun, being around suiters is an interesting experience (in a good way)
Because on one level, it's just a bunch of people in costumes, but on the other hand, the costumes are so unusual that it's like you've slipped into another dimension.
So it's not a complete dissociation from reality, but it's definitely not a normal day either.
I quite liked that feeling.
That being said, my anxiety still got the better of me on several occasions so I only attended the big fursuiting events where I could hide behind my camera.
But that means I got some nice photos that I'll slowly upload.
