Even though it's already Friday, I'm continuing my special "Throwback Thursday" presentation, set at the New England Aquarium in Boston, Massachusetts (Circa June, 1988) - just in time to coincide with the release of the Disney-Pixar theatrical CGI feature "Finding Dory" (with most of the action taking place at a Pacific Coast aquarium - modeled after the real life Monterey Bay Aquarium in California).
Once inside the facility, Glenn and I got to see all sorts of aquatic wildlife, including a live stage show with trained animals. In this particular 'photo-op', a human trainer puts a sea lion through his paces, including the obligatory 'balancing a beach ball on the nose' trick.
