Marcy is the daughter of one of the most well known mobsters on their planet, Al Pacone, who is known for annoying the hell out of the other gangsters (look up the family guy interrupting trumpet).
Marcy continues the trend, as the most annoying member of the ringtail crew, plaguing their lives with background music at the most annoying of times, pulling a sax out during someone else having "sax", following around fat people with a tuba, and most of all playing rad battle music while the others fight the foes.

She left the family to persue her own musical career, but ended up broke in a swampy bar within 2 weeks, where she managed to entertain Squiddy (and piss off the rest of the crew) and convince him to let her join the ringtails
