Omm nom.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Foccacia bread
Your favourite kind of melt-able cheese.
Tomato
Spanish Onion
Mixed Lettuce
Pineapple(If you want)
Mayonnaise
And if you have a fryer; Chippehz
Directions:
Put the chips in the fryer now, as they take the longest.
Slice the foccacia into a decent sized square / rectangle.
Cut that in half, horizontally.
Toast it it in the grill, the outside first.
While that is toasting, slice some chicken breast into about 1/4 inch slices, and start cooking it in your pan.
Once it has crisped up, flip the bread over, and on one half, put a slice of cheese, and continue toasting, until the cheese has melted.
Flip the chicken over and cook until, well. It's cooked. Y'know?
At this point, the chips should be cooked, so lift the basket up so the oil can drain off them.
On a plate, put your slices of foccacia.
On the un-cheesed side, put mixed salad leaves, a few slices of tomato, a few slices of Spanish onion (I like it raw. >:|) The pineapple on top of that, followed by the mayonnaise.
On the cheesed side of the bread, place your now cooked chicken.
Followed by your chips on the side.
When you eat it, combine the 2 halves, and enjoy. =3

That looks good and tasty, add a little bacon and bbq sauce and you'd have a restaurant menu hit :3 It's nice how something like changing the kind of bread you use can make the difference. Something simple like a good sandwich is always nice to see done well.
For the chips, I have a suggestion on how to make them better. It's in the cooking:
When your potatoes are cut to chip size have the oil on the low temperature, near 100 to 110 celcius. Agitate them every so often and ensure the oil is clean. This'll boil them to a soft texture (you'll know when they're ready by giving them a poke, they should be rather soft but not fall apart. Then take em out and raise the temperature to high and put em back in when the oil is at temperature.
Let them sit for a minute then agitate them and keep them moving, this'll ensure they don't stick together. They'll go golden brown in in very short time.
Doing this rather than putting em in straight away ensures the inside is fluffy and soft and the outside crispy. For better results, krinkle cut them with a special cutter as this raises the surface area for salt and cooking.
