Trying to finish up my homework today, but I got distracted by youtube and a fanservice meme that I THOUGHT would be easy but turned out WAAAAAAAAAY harder than I'm really ready to tackle. :B
One good thing did come of it, though. So after some time passed, I decided to post it up here. I KNOW that somewhere out there, I'm hitting on someone's niche.
All the balloon-related stuff is on a separate layer in the original file, so if someone wants a version with most of the red stuff removed, I can totally do that. Just give me a heads up. Or if you're the sort who'd rather do it personally, you can get the file from http://travisuped.com/art/fanserviceFIP.xcf . Created in GIMP.
