You'd think a laid-back country boy like Dusty wouldn't be that much of a fighter, or at least that he'd just go in swinging and not give a thought to any kind of fancy strategies. You've probably been wrong about other things, too.

While his moveset may not contain any big surprises, just keeping up with him long enough to predict his next move can be hard enough. He has no problems with putting his natural Electric-type speed to full use, and has shown to be very capable of using his Run Away ability to pull off last-second dodges that can make fighting him a frustrating experience for slower opponents. Even though his defense needs work and he can't take too many big hits, you'll still have to catch him first to land them.
