Made back on November 4th 2015,. Still with my flat colors and weirdly more detailed backgrounds. This one is a bit more fixed to his abilities and such, anyway, quick facts below.

Quick facts about Jeffery:
- He's not as old as he looks but he is getting there in age (late 30's) he's going gray from stress, lack of sleep, and over all just over worked
- Lost is lower right arm in an accident, wears a robotic arm 90% of the time that he made
- Has had, and lost (died) two children
- Very intelligent, and rather wealthy (gives most his wealth to helpings other strictly)
- Is well versed in robotics and medical treatments
- Always tired
