A life among the South Seas is never an easy one and for Jackie this comes as no exception. Her respect and successes were earned through hard work and extraordinary skill with a gun and sword. Despite the perils and hardships every now and then the captain seeks to find peace and relax.

This was certainly a fun image to work on. :D This was sort of a request/one half of a group theme. As with most drawings that preceded it, I took my time with this one. After a while, I had to look at it and say, Okay. I'm happy. It's finished. When I first started this piece I debated on whether or not to add the fancy tri-corner hat, but in the end I felt that it would've compromised the pose I was aiming for. Plus, she looks more casual without it, so that = win overall.
