Well i wanted to do this for some of those who lack the access or can't afford a tablet along with others who just are learning to draw or otherwise have issues with eyes.
the methods used can be used to do other parts along with noses, fur, ect., but since the eyes are a focal point and often a very key part of setting the face or even the first thing some start with, here is how i draw eyes.
Any questions just ask in comment I'll try to get back to you. Sorry for some parts being vague (the first two section don't have any written directions) but it's all mostly trial and error the with part needed some direction.
Program used is gimp it's free and a good starting program and just so people know i'm not using some fancy high DPI or special mouse it is a Logitech M100.
