I have to agree, although as i've grown older my fear has become attraction to the Xenomorphs they will always have a frightening look to them.

They're quite unlike any other alien in pop culture; no boring old Roswell greys (bit eyes, round head, tiny nose and mouth that sort of thing). Though the alien itself isn't the most scary part of the film; its the atmosphere and the fact the people don't get along very well. They're not heroes, they're just workers and they don't really band together to fight of this thing.
