The white one is Combaticus(episode 2, which bears the same name). A being the Twins created with their own DNA(which kinda makes him their son, one even calls him "our little baby"), and engineered to be the "Ultimate Fighting Machine". The Twins use him to try and destroy the Warden's fighting arena, Fight City.
As for the whole "Don't want to talk about it" thing: They were tricked into the back of a van by some sleazy porno director and....well, it's anyone's guess what exactly happened to them. Either forced to do something real nasty, or they were raped.*shrugs*
