Was bored. Nothing to do. Decided to make a new icy creature.
An Icecutioner (pronounced ahys-i-kyoo-shuh-ner) is an icy creature/summon. It can be any icy creature; ice fox, ice pokemon, etc. They're basically just executioners made entirely out of ice.

The one you see now is an Icecutioner that likes to give cold hugs and to have big muscles. He can't speak. I don't have a name for this cutie. I'll make a ref later.
