This is my initial sketch and ink as scanned for this year's Valentine picture. This is what gets scanned into Photoshop for colouring. Here you can see the ink on top of my blue pencil, which will be filtered out in Photoshop to leave the pure inked product. This removes the need for erasing which can damage the inks. You can also see how I construct my characters.
