Someone in Seele's development team had pretty interesting design approach for the new intelligent Eva unit. Way more compact design than any other unit with extra touch of style in it. :3
Aside from that, I have to say that this is probably one of those few times when I think that those lips suit the character's appearance fairly well. I'm often very confused whether they should be present in many of my drawings or not, but here it seems to work pretty well.
