The sky was blue.
There were white clouds and the yellow sun had been shining..

But the sky?

The sky was utterly, unabashedly blue.

Out on that grassy plane, the hills rolled over the horizon, the crisp chill air nibbled and kissed as it swirled off into the distance.
It was quiet in a way that only the whisper of grass could bring, the soft wet pulpy mash of dewy lawn under pad and sole.

When I close my eyes, the world goes away with it.

But the sky, even in the black of my foreverblink, is still blue.
