An unfortunate soul that even though he's always avoided the caretakers of a certain fae raccoon has been know to tag along with him from time to time, hence the nickname. During an adventure he found an interesting artifact a small sphere of ametrine that looked almost like an eye, that was able to enhance his charms and compulsive magics. In a later adventure he lost an eye of his own during combat and the 'eye' took it's place through some form of magic. Now blessed/cursed with his new eye he can look into the desires of those around him, some he's far more than willing to assist with others lead to a long night of trying to forget.
