There is obviously some miscommunication because I did not handle your commission that would be my girlfriend who runs the page which isn't checked often, if you want a reply there is an email you were requested to talk through not Facebook, your tail is done and has been. Social media is not a place for communication from a business. And with anthrocon deadlines fullsuits and partials take priority, as we are very busy with. As far as I've seen I haven't even received a message from you on my account so please do not assume I'm one person without fact checking and start blatantly throwing words around. Use the email as you were instructed Facebook is not a main communication for us and won't ever be. Thank you.
