This is Peter! I wanted an Anthro character that was just an Anthro, I love Kyoji's Anthro but he is suppose to be feral aha.
Any way, Peter should start popping up more here, I have a few ideas d:

He's a typical tsundere tbh, kinnda feminine too if you ever get the hoodie off him, you will see it ` w ` He is kinnda of a hermit character so he hides himself in his dull, baggy clothes.
Peter is a white cow with brown blotches all over his body and a pink tummy. He has a long tail with brown fluff on the ends. He has lightning blue hair which has longish side bangs and short at the back. One of his ears wears a tag, it a sort of joke that he's a dairy cow. Usually he is seen in a dark/gloomy coloured hoodie and grey jeans. His general body build is sort of feminine but he hides it under baggy clothes.
