A bit complicated to get working, but it's a mod that adds vore as a feature to the game itself, complete with model overhauls for internals and effects for stomach fluids. With the addition of a first person mod you could even experience a PoV swallow much like this image, but right into the stomach.

Be warned though that vore is not the only thing the mod (and collection of dependencies you need to install) adds and it is chock full of depravity, but it's configurable enough that you can disable what you don't like.
