Hope you like it - though it's not stricly Ender-like troops, but a Master Corporal (left) and Sergeant (Right) from the 3rd Foreign Legion Infantry Regiment, formerly the Foreign Legion March Regiment (in my sort of sci-fi setting where the Foreign Legion and Colonial Troops are badass Space Marines).
I liked the series too, and followed enthusiastically the shift in focus in the second book, but painstakingly finished the third volume, and by the end I wish I had left it alone. The writing style had become too protracted for my taste, and the story seemed to descend into heavy religious allegory. What did you think? What was the rest like?

I rather enjoyed the rest of the series, however laced with Mormon-isms it was. It kept my attention all the way through, although that may as well been due to an hour and a half busride w/ nothing to do, but I was quite pleased by the way he switched things around the way he did.
Xenocide was quite long...
You haven't read Children of the Mind?
