Not many know of the things that lurk in the dark corners of the Earth and fewer still choose to protect those blessed with ignorance to it. For some exploring these dark corners leads only to madness as the truth of how little one matters crushes the mind. Worse still is there are beings that lurk in these dark foreboding places that seek nothing more then to ruin everything we hold dear. But there are even fewer who fight these malevolent beasts that seek nothing more then to erase all and rebuild. Angel aka Raven Deschain and Sasha both chose to fight these dark beings and their minions though alone on most occasions. This time however fate sees fit to have these two heroines team up to fight a horrific Dark Young of Shub-Niggurath. A monstrosity summoned by cultists in their dark rituals. The cult must be stopped before they flood the world with even more monsters! And the only way to get to the cult leaders is straight through this beast!

Sasha. This illustration reminds me of creatures from both Dragon's Dogma and Eternal Darkness. I'm not sure how familiar you are with either of these video games, but I just wanted to share the creatures with you, since you seem interested in this sort of thing. Both creatures were probably also inspired from HP Lovecraft, too!
Eternal Darkness, Mantorok. http://eternaldarkness.wikia.com/wiki/Mantorok
Dragon's Dogma, The Evil Eye http://dragonsdogma.wikia.com/wiki/Evil_Eye (The Evil Eye has a nice vore move for those interested in that kind of thing. You can see it here https://youtu.be/Ui-zoGkzvXU?t=13m30s )
The Evil Eye in particular reminded me of the way you depicted the Shub-Niggurath offspring?

Thanks^^
Yep, I know both those games. I have played Dragon's Dogma all the way through and I have a copy of Eternal Darkness that I have been meaning to play when I get some free time. :3
The Eternal Darkness game is in fact inspired by HP Lovecraft's work. That creature looks very much like a Shoggoth! http://pre06.deviantart.net/d5dc/th.....en-d5i2sf8.jpg
Some parts of Dragon's Dogma could have been inspired by Lovecraft too. When I fought the Evil Eye I kept calling it a Beholder from DnD. lol
