Null met her empress, lover, and best friend in cellblock D of the Zone-corps prison. She intentionally wiped her drives just to get close to a target within the prison similar to eggman's genetic signature. She and iva bonded as cellmates and eventually lovers. before breaking out the hard way.
An infiltration bot specialized for mayhem and destruction, and a genius specializing in mad science and conquering planets working hand in hand. The Zone Cops were not ready for that.

However deep underneath her memory is still very scrambled, but her love for the only woman who seemed to care about her still shines through even in her worst moments.
She and Monarch have a hot and cold working relationship. The two can't stand the way the other does business. She finds Sal too political, and too slimy, Sal finds her too aggressive and cocksure.
Being the two most advanced machines on the planet they're constantly one upping each other on the battlefield. Which actually makes both of them even better because of the competition.

Null is a bit of a troll at times, and she actually prefers using normal weapons when in organic mode. Or shifting into a much larger mecha mode.
