All naturally occuring fur colours! If you need more examples of what makes a tinger, check the tingers page out :D just try and make sure you have a unique skull, flora and patterns not too similar to an existing tinger :)
The more natural looking pelts the better imho :) let me know if you need any more help, there's also a big community of people willing to help out if I'm not around :D

Nah, they just match. Also means they can't use their magic at all, so would mean they can't hoard live plants among other things :)
I strongly advise against a tinger not having a third eye or having it damaged personally, unless you want it to not be canon, in whichcase it might as well be just another monster dog :)

Here is the master list of all skulls and flora that have been used. It's a very helpful guide http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6443128/ We aim for uniqueness and don't really want skulls replicated too often :3

THIS IS SO BLOODY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! I just LOVE the pelts :'3 Diyo has such gorgeous markings and awesome to see another multiple-tailed Tinger :D I think Lorcan could do with a more current reference to show of his lovely pink eyes XD Though this girl: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/18538321/ I got from PyreWerePyre needs a ref >.>
