He literally is the only toad I find sexy in that show. Frix and Frax are cute, I guess, and some of the nameless Storm Toads aren't bad-looking, either, but Smada is definitely the looker of the bunch. Though any of them is better than the Air Marshal.

That does seem to be most people's favorite pairing when it comes to Smada. One scene of Bucky brought before him in chains as he strokes Bucky's chin and people's imaginations went wild.

He actually originally had more screentime. It only amounts to one deleted scene, though. He was originally supposed to be introduced prior to the scene where Bucky is brought aboard in chains, where his ship is attacking the Righteous Indignation and he calls off the attack, allowing the mammals to escape, after receiving word that the Storm Toads down on Warren have captured Bucky. Alas, I'm aware of no other plans to use him past that episode, beyond Bucky O'Hare: Counter Attack, a proposed continuation of the original show that never got beyond a portfolio handed out to potential investors. Exactly what Smada's role would've been, I do not know, but concept art for how he would've looked does appear, and his first name was going to be revealed as Whut (as in Whut Smada, i.e. "what's the matter," a really lame pun).
