A KG-52's bio I forgot to do from earlier; Captain Carnivore is one of the original 3 KG-52s, the other being the Cat of Chaos (John the Tiger) and Captain Kriegland (King Leo V). C.K. had accidentally overlooked him, and finally got around to nominating him, which Super C gave an instant approval. Thus, he is by definition the third KG-52, while the Marching Wonder is the fourth one (Captain Carnivore got his powers before the Marching Wonder did).

Juno: Maybe he should be doing the investigations on Hillary Clinton!
Soil: FBI already has that and if she wins, then the S4 will try to influence her so she doesn't do anything bad. Sure what we're planning is lobbying which is arguably immoral but these days, the world is in the grey matter. Sometimes, to be a saint, you must sin first. Hillary will easily support our green agenda to better the world before the Paranoia Network tries to influence her to their agendas.
