Got Jackie reff finally. He was seen in Transformation college series and here he is. Normally anyone shocked with the equivalent of a lightening bolt and more on a regular basis should mean instant death. For Jackie he's well......…...... He gets charged with super energy and becomes excited and energetic to say the least. The more jolts and amps the more fun he gets and being a mad scientist who deals with machinery and such means things can get pretty damned fun.
