Once again, I'm a little behind schedule with my "Throwback Thursday" presentation; but that's still not going to stop me from posting some more 'photo-ops' from the New England Aquarium, back in June, 1988 - when my brother Glenn and I went up to Boston, Massachusetts for the weekend, and took in some of the amazing sites and attractions there...
This picture (taken with my 35mm camera) is of the whole aquarium building as seen from outdoors. It must be very inviting, if dozens of tourists and locals are converging on this one particular area...
Incidentally, I chose this time of 2016 to post these aquarium 'photo-ops', to coincide with the release of Disney-Pixar's "Finding Dory" (which, at this time, already set a new record for the biggest box-office opening grosses for an animated film). The CGI feature is partially set at an aquarium (modeled after the Monterey Bay Aquarium in central California). Hopefully, this flick will inspire some of you to visit a major aquarium in your neck of the woods...
I'll have more pix from the NE Aquarium shortly.
