Same thing. You should never walk up behind someone who is engrossed in a task and not expect them to freak out when you poke them. You make sure they hear you first.

I've seen far worse reactions than this one.

You were fired because some idiot startled you, you sprayed him in the face as a result, and HE chased after you. Sounds like he caused the problem it should have been his sorry butt being fired. :P

That's why I wouldn't make a good boss. I would see what the problem was and then probably fire the head waiter since he brought it on himself.

personally I hope the head waiter caught a really REALLY Massively troubling cold from getting wet ... cause that, in my eyes ( having worked restaurant and such for over 20 years) *IS NOT YOUR FAULT*.. he should have been careful..

Greetings Dustmeat! Sploosh, right in the kisser :) Poor Candi, plunged back into the drug induced full color zone by getting frightened. Sheila is the victim of rabbit reflexes, rabbits are easily startled, no drugs necessary. The real life bunny girl I used to have would flip out if I entered the room without first announcing myself via singing or whistling. I love Candi's expression and the cute hairs near the ear bud in her left ear. I hope Sheila has a spare shirt ;)

What kind of earphones are those? You could make a FORTUNE on selling sets that fit well enough to block out noises!
