That is grey, look at the brown doors next to her. Maybe your monitor is wrong configured or damaged if you think that would be brown ;)

While you capture the spirt of the characters very nicely everyone forgets the other little fox and Nick's "friendship." Nick is bi in my opinion.

It wouldn't be an unreasonable conclusion. When both sides of a couple go to such lengths to try to hide their relationship, it usually means neither is really ready for a relationship.
