Rilgar, pronouced as Rill-guard due to the Intelonian Dialect is the fourth planet in the Rilgar System and is one of the core worlds of the Republic. It's surrounded by a Rilgar-Class Nebula where the system gets it's name from. It's also home to the Republic's Military Academy which is known as the Rilgar Military Academy.

Terrain: Rilgar's Terrain is considered nearly one massive dry planet, however there are scattered lakes and oceans that make up the small 30% of Rilgar's surface, the most notable lake is a massive impact crater called Lake Iccnious where the city of the same name is built and is the Capital of the Rilgar System

Climate: Most of Rilgar is a humid climate, despite having 30% of it's surface covered in water, it has alot of rainfall. Most of the planet is covered in prolonged storms that constantly plague it's surface.

Iccnious City (I-Cone-Knee-ious), built in the middle of a massive impact crater called Lake Iccnious. Iccnious City is the only settlement on Rilgar due to the constant storms that plague the planet. Utilizing special lightning rods and generators, these attract lightning making the area around Iccnious City suitable for life to settle. In the center of the city is Rilgar Military Academy, which is the tallest structure, towering above the clouds, the massive academy serves as the beginning levels of the Republic's Military Program, though most soldiers graduate from here and instantly join the ranks, those wanting more training head to the Korus Military Academy where they begin Officer Training or to Oakutarui III Academy to begin SpecOps Training.

Most of Iccnious City depends mostly on the Mining Industry, is on the outer areas of the city, mining a common ore called Iccnious Ore, it's a smudgy like Ore that is used in common construction, due to it's abundance and need, the ore serves as the city's alternative economy since it's most of it's income from the Republic's Military. Being a Military City aswell, Iccnious City is outfitted with Anti-Air emplacements, some on the surrounding mountain peaks. Making it a very fortified city, which did prove its worth in the First Galactic War. The one thing that makes Iccnious more modern is that it removed its Intelonian History, replacing it all with modernism, vs how Tretris and Novalis treat their Intelonian History.

==Rilgar-Class Nebula==
Rilarxous Garesous Nebula better known as a Rilgar-Class Nebula is a natural gravity well nebula that is found in parts of the Whirlpool Galaxy. The gases inside the nebula interact creating a gravity well that pulls Ships out of hyperspace, while at the same time disabling scopes and shielding inside. Some famous examples of Rilgar-Class nebulas is in the Rilgar Sector, also the Galactic Wonder known as The Gullet.
