*ponders* with all the milk and beef we consume anyway... its probably a good thing genetics aren't that readily mutable (hey, I'm not trying to be a killjoy; my gallery should show I'm a fan of this sorta thing;) ). I've wondered if, perhaps, generations of consumptions of specific species substances (beef, pork, chicken...) would ultimately begin to effect our genetic structure... you never know... an allergic reaction like this might not be so infeasible after all ;D
