Congratulations! What a nice prize you won! The "GEKKEIKAN" is one of the top brands in Japan. The quality of it is too high to make use it for cooking. In Japan, a low grade ""Sake" is mainly used for cooking in general.

Neat! I'd have to buy some and try them myself! I'm so busy lately though that even when I buy simple beer it usually waits weeks before I have time to drink it and not feel guilty about it XD
