Aerth would fit nicely in the role of Zootopian Superhero, I think. Not affiliated with the ZPD but working alongside them to handle things that might be too big for the beat officer or too demanding for the police's resources. When not making the city safer, he'd be involved in community outreach. As a predator in a city of majority prey animals, he'd probably consider the community outreach the more important of his tasks, especially after/during the events depicted in the movie. Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if he wouldn't suffer a Human Torch moment a-la Civil War. Now that would be a fun parallel.
