Okay, I wrote a lengthy description how I got this kind of image in my previous submission, Bald Eagle Etched Wine Glass. Also, sorry for not hyperlinking to that submission, but I have a hard time doing that on my tablet.
This will be the last glass etching submission for a while; most of the rest of my etched glass projects have additional features to discuss. Also, I'm running out of etchings to submit at the moment.
Technical details:
Material: Clear, non-tempered 16 ounce wine glass (by other)
Fabrication time: 2.5 hours, including painting and scanning
Tools used: mini-drill with diamond engraving bits
Finish: red acrylic paint, unfinished
