I got this lady originally from 
lodidah but I am not certain who created her, but she was made on a base by http://kamis-cafe.deviantart.com/
She comes with a headshot, a pinup, a feral full-body image & two icons done on free bases by myself.
I am actually really sad to part with her. I love her design a lot, but I am in danger of overdrawing my bank account before my next paycheck. :c
