You're right, add Threat Level 3 front and back plates along with back up .40S&W sidearm and 5 mags for that. Toss in a few frags and flashbangs for distraction needs and hallway shakers.

i'd forgo the .40 in favor of more 9mm mags, and throw a six12 six shot 12 gauge revolver underbarrel shotgun for good measure. 00 buck, of course.
