My reimagined version of Tuff Puppy's Birdbrain, Birdrum Brainert.

For his new look I really wanted to give him an all new look, since I thought his old one was too plain. I gave him alot of elements of Batman villain The Penguin's outfit since I thought they were a little similar in the sense that they are based on birds that can't fly. I gave him a top hat for a sophisticated but old fashioned look and because of his head's size, shape, and weight it caused the hat to become bigger and droop back. Also from the Penguin I gave Birdbrain a bird themed umbrella that can fly when the hidden rotor is activated.

For my new story for him, Birdbrain has gone through his entire life wanting to do the one things birds are known for, flying. But being born as a blue bottomed booby, he never could and was teased and made fun of by other birds because of this fact. So using his genius intellect he started developing personal flying devices that would let anyone fly. He finally made one when he was an adult and showed it to the birds that used to ridicule him but they still laughed at him because he needed a machine to help him fly and couldn't do it on his own. That was the last straw for him, he started using his genius to made flying war machines and other devices of aerial destruction. He got revenge on his old enemies and commiting crimes and selling is flying airships to the highest bidder. TUFF has had a hard time find him as he's always hidden in the sky always on the move.

This Birdbrain loves clockwork devices, gummi worms, black and white movies, and his second in command and on again off again girlfriend Zippy.
