i volunteer for an organization called ‘Exotic Bird Rescue of Oregon’ and we need your help!!!

shes a total doll but has some plucking issues.,,
as you can see shes actually chewed a hole through her chest.,,
shes doing okay but as a lot of you animal caretakers know,
vet bills are $$$$$$$$$$$
