Puppyhotep was a crop farmer that delivered crops to the palace and one day when he was at the palace he tripped and accidentally broke a golden Anubis statue. The pharaoh was angry and gave Puppyhotep a harsh punishment, to replace the statue, but being a crop farmer with not much money he couldn't afford to get it fixed. So Puppyhotep was dressed up, painted gold and made to stand in the statues place. During his first week of punishment, Puppyhotep was doing his "statuely" duties when a cat he'd never seen before came down his hall, this cat was Cleokatra, Kitty's egyptian ancestor. Cleo came around to what she thought was a normal statue and sneezed, Pupotep said gesundheit and when Cleo wondered out loud where that voice came from Pupotep moved to show himself and Cleo freaked out and thrashed him. After giving him the beating of lifetime, Cleo apologized when she heard how Puppyhotep came to being a replacement "statue". Any day she was at the palace, Cleo would stop by to see Puppyhotep and they became the great friends. After his punishment was finished, Cleokatra and Puppyhotep continued to be best friends and play a game they came up with where Puppyhotep would dress up again like a statue and hide among the others and Cleo would have to find out which one he was.
