Sometimes you need to take a long break from a person who just cut off the relationship you might have loved.

It's awful, and it's harsh to do so, I know. But right now your well being is what's important. You're free to talk to your EX if you believe you can handle it, but sometimes you can't remain friends with folks like that, mostly because you'll feel you'll just never be enough. That the happy times you could have had with them got reduced to ..well..that.

It's up to you really, but take care of yourself, okay? You're going to do great. You're having a rough time right now but it'll pass, I promised I can't tell when or how but I know it will.
