Probably could use some shading still, but that's a bit overly ambitious currently. But I just didn't feel right without fixing up my sketchy lines to be all nice and clean.
...Ahahaha, fixing them up...to be nice and clean...
No, see, it's hilarious, because--
*bursts into hysterical laugher for the next several minutes*
*begins sobbing uncontrollably*

Its the combination thats most effective. One or the other alone had no effect for me but the two together was better than a benzo for helping me sleep. Get the cold pressed capsules of the kava or the tea if you can't find the cold press caps. take a shit load of them as long as you aren't taking any other central nervous system depressants. DO NOT!! take the kava with opiates as it can increases the breathing issues.
Also there is a supplement that I cant recall the name of that almost totally stopped the restless leg and crawling skin feeling I would get when trying to sleep. If you would like the name just let me know and I will call my doctor friend and get it, just let me know if you want it.

ok the one that might help is called N-Acetyl cysteine it can be found at any health food store and is usually labeled NAC. It is not a widely used wd treatment but there is some info online about its uses. It has the most profound effect on akathsisa (inner restlessness) of anything i ever tried. If the 3 supplements I suggest work as well for you as they did for me it will bring your suffering to a much more tolerable level and I would guess that you will be able to get enough sleep to keep you healthy at the least. with these 3 I was even able to get some sleep when in the hight of a detox from a 2-3 gram a day IV dope habit
It is rather inspiring to see you over and over again, take that suffering and turn it into such wonderful art.
I can feel the emotions you put into your work, and you do it so beautifully with postures and expressions.
I hate to see anyone suffering and in pain, but instilling that into art is far too rare. There is so much generic art around that lacks any sense of emotion or personality, that it makes your work, always such a delight to see.
Hang in there and keep up the great work. <3

I always worry that I don't get postures and expressions emotive enough. Especially since this one was really focused on anatomy to try to correctly assemble a proper 'huddled way in close to the corner to try to sleep' pose, which requires a lot of weird limb-positioning to actually fit...and worried that the head still doesn't look like it's against the wall anyway. ...Aaand I'm rambling. So anyway, was worried emotion would fall flat with it. Glad that it didn't, though.
And will try my best to hang in there.
