I've been going through OC's and ridding myself of some and trying to cut down (I just LOVE making them but I don't always have enough ideas to share among them... So they get wasted :/ ) BUT I decided to go back to a idea/concept I started out with when making OC's.
Making one for each theme. ETC I have one taur, one naga, one insect etc.

So this is Vaar who fills the merman theme. He's a Obese Dragonfish merman.

So Vaar is a very laid-back individual as in it can sometimes be ridiculous how laid back he is. He doesn't like thinking about the future too much. He's flexible, a little over-indulgent but outgoing, enthusiastic an excellent peacemaker. To those he's close to he's warm and caring. Likes hugs because he's nice and squishy.
