Tl;dr - it's free and please credit me.
The base is saved as .psd - you can open it with Photoshop, SAI, Manga Studio and other programs. ...Paint doesn't work with it, sorry, haha
The base is shaded, but you can simply turn the shading off if you want.
PSD file can be found on the original submission.
