This particular image came as a result of me wanting to get a pic of JC and Spekkal's DJ Sam. In particular, my want to get a pic of JC and Spekkal's DJ Sam partying in a van with Sam using JC's power to have her as her own personal megaphone system at the top of said party van.

They're meant to be more Crocodile Clips - though Jumper Cables are essentially giant crocodile clips, sooo...
Either way, within the setting of my characters, a lot of characters tend to have 'powers' of a sort. In JC's case, she's capable of having sound fed directly into her, so that she can use her own body as a speaker/amplification system.
