Here's another old one that I did pretty much from scratch. The tail was hell to put together, with at least four of them before I was able to settle on what it is now. I also had plans on making a full "walking" animation, but the very idea of that gave my a headache. I settled with a sort-of animation of the Naga fussing over her hair.

Anyways. This was/is a character named Scarlet, whom I've used in a few misc. RPs from time to time. At one point, I had it in my mind to make a sprite comic starring her and two or three other "monster girls" that lived together and had to deal with various adventuring parties who wanted to kill them for delicious EXP.
