Here's my main character in World of Warcraft. I've had plenty of fun playing her, even if being Moonkin gave me the short end of the stick. (I'm looking at you, pre BC raid content)
I attempted this one at about the same time as Lae, but it's not entirely hand done because part of her body is based on the style of Zero from Megman Zero. However, you'll notice that I've changed just about every aspect of that sprite, so the base of this extensive edit would only be detectable if the two were compared by a forensics team.

That's some decent sprite work there. I like your alt a little better but whatever. I'm no forensics team but I'd like to try my hand at identifying it. Let's see...
Looks like you left the hands pretty much the same, which is understandable since all Z-series hands are more or less the same. Also look like you started from one of the larger characters, most likely an NPC of some manner. I could be mistaken on this one but I think you also started with a male but it's really hard to discern gender in the Z-series unless they flat out say it, are a robot, or a super villain. Hair is original without question but the face is probably from a different body.
It's good work. The only real complaint I have is that it appears to be JPEGed.

Pretty good detective work on that. However, the body actually does come from Zero himself, as I find most of the other NPCs to be harder to work with. Silly Sparking Unicorn Angel Wing Armored etc etc. It shifts away from Zero, however, because I fixed that awkward leaning-back posture he seems to have, and made her a bit taller. But the hands and the shoes remain similar still. The face? That's more or less from Zero too. But stretched out with a larger, recolored eye.
And I'm sorry about the Jpeg thing. If you click on the image, to "expand" it, the dimensions should shrink to the original measurements, making it an actual usable sheet.

As usual, now that it's been pointed out to me it's abundantly obvious >_<. When I do Zero stuff I try and stay away from using the actual Zero unless I have to do a full combat sheet. I mean his back thing is really bad and I don't really care to fix it like a thousand different times for all the stuff I do. "I still need to get the hang of this..." I can help you with that. I teach spriting. Shame it's a dying art. I don't check this site all the time but I'm around if you need something.
